Demetrius Williams, Ravens

Demetrius began attending Excel in Junior High where he is remembered as an outstanding defensive
player and electric offensive player. He played high school football and basketball at De La Salle High
School where he played on a State Championship team in each sport. Demetrius received a football scholarship to the University of Oregon where he established himself as one of the greatest receivers in
Duck History. Demetrius dots the Oregon record books with 162 career receptions, 2660 yards receiving,
20 career touchdown receptions and 11 games with 100 or more yards receiving. Demetrius was drafted
in the 4th round by the Baltimore Ravens and despite an injury-laden career, Dee was a big play
receiver catching a 77 yard touchdown pass vs. the Browns and a 70 yard touchdown vs. the Raiders. Demetrius averaged a franchise record (at that time) 18 yards per catch in his rookie season.
