Brandon Smith, Cal

Brandon Smith learned the fundamentals of the game at Excel and went on to De La Salle where
he was a four year Varsity Letterman. A legendary defender, Brandon was First Team All State,
MVP of the East Bay Athletic League and a finalist for Gatorade Player of the Year. He holds several
school records including Most Assists in a season and in a career, Most Steals in a game and Winning Percentage 114-10. A three time recipient of the NCS Scholar-Athlete Award, Brandon went on to Cal
where he was one of the top point guards in the Pac-12, a heady floor general and talented ballhandler. Brandon had a brilliant career and now plays professional basketball in Mexico.
